We started Ortuas after watching the same pattern play out across our hometown: restaurants losing reservations to voicemail, spas missing bookings during lunch rushes, clinics fumbling after-hours patient calls.
The technology to solve it already existed. What didn't exist was someone willing to make it actually work for the restaurant on Main Street - not just a 500-seat enterprise deployment.
